Salmon with Olive Oil

We love fresh salmon filets...not those U-shaped steaks...the flat filets. Here is one way my husband loves them. Another way is Apple Poached Salmon.

Bake a 1lb salmon filet (not the steaks) in a shallow, foil-lined pan for about 15 minutes or so at 350 degrees F. Cooking time depends on size and thickness so be careful not to overcook salmon. When it is done, lightly brush the entire filet with good quality olive oil and serve.

That's it! Tastes great too!
