It's not art, but it's Pollock

Directions

Place two frozen pollock fillets per person on the broiler. Heat at 250 degrees for 10 minutes to thaw. Remove from oven, rub or spray with olive oil and liberally coat with herbs and or spices.

Spray (you need a pressure sprayer for this) or sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and replace in oven. Increase heat to 325 and cook for 10 minutes in the center of the oven.

Total cooking time is just long enough for a rice dish (for example, Olive Curry Rice) to come out about the same time.
