This free service is provided to you by the readers and posters of the newsgroup Soc.Subculture.Bondage-BDSM. In addition to our other proclivities, many of us enjoy cooking and/or eating. If you're looking for pornographic stories about cucumbers, you've come to the wrong place, although we do have a few recipes that can be adapted for use during or after a BDSM activity. Most of the recipes here are for things anyone would enjoy eating, and we're a bit heavy on desserts. This project was originated because of recurring threads we have on SSBB where people have posted their favorite recipes. It seemed a shame to allow all the wonderful ideas to vanish into the ether once they expired from the server, and finding them in the a rchives is a difficult process bound to get tougher as more and more articles are saved.
When this virtual cookbook reaches critical mass (estimated to be 300 or so recipes), the contents will be compiled into a printed cookbook. That cookbook will then be sold, with all profits (meaning everything above the cost of printing & mailing them, since the recipes have been donated and my time is also free) going to the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom .
I can't always see how the pages look, myself (my home browser crashes and my work computer is, well, at work), so I rely on the kindness of strangers.There are two major possible error types: a file could have become corrupted on upload (or afterward), or there may be an error in a recipe -- either because of my poor typing (the HTML is all hand-coded) or an error in the original.
