Stock Ingredients:

Stock Directions

Cut the cheeckun up if you like, to speed up cooking. I use skinless boneless chicken. Otherwise, you have to strain out the bones. Throw everything into a stock pot, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer covered. Cook until cheeckun is done. Taste, and add more salt if necessary.

The Special Part Ingredients

The Special Part Directions

In a deep saucepan saute the cloves until light golden brown. Add the cumin and stir for about a minute. Remove garlic from pan, and toast the bread on both sides. Put a slice of toasted bread into each serving bowl.

Chop the garlic, add it and some stock to the saucepan. Let simmer for about five minutes. Return to stock pot and stir. Serve over the bread.

Get someone else to clean the keechun ;-P .
