Wonderful on salad, and as a marinade for roast chicken. (The latter is wonderful... sprinkle some sesame seeds on in the last 5 minutes of cooking.)
Blend well with whisk or fork until well mixed, then/add Olive oil (to taste,) added very slowly (like a few drops at a time), whisking continuously. If the oil is added too quickly, the dressing will separate.
