Hot Vinegar

Contributed by Irene Adler

This is good on green vegetables. It even make brussels sprouts taste good.

Directions

Put a handful of cilantro, a big slice of fresh ginger, a few cloves of garlic, and a sliced up hot pepper into a bottle of cider vinegar. (I do this in a wide mouth bottle. Otherwise, cut the big chunks up.)

Let it sit for a few weeks, and taste. If you want it hotter, let it sit some more. If not, strain out the herbs and put the vinegar back in the bottle.
