Chocolate Trifle with White Chocolate Mousse (and Blueberries)

Chocolate Trifle Ingredients

White Chocolate Mousse Ingredients

Directions

Whip cream until stiff .

Melt white chocolate in microwave on low setting or in double boiler over hot (not boiling) water.

In large mixing bowl and with an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, butter, icing sugar and puree or liqueur until smooth. Add melted white chocolate and beat quickly for about ten seconds. Quickly fold in two thirds of the whipped cream until it is mixed thoroughly.

In a large glass bowl, layer 1/2 the crumbled chocolate cake. Douse cake with liqueur until soggy. Add 1/2 the blueberries/raspberries and 1/2 the mousse. Repeat layers once more. Top with remaining whipped cream. Garnish with shaved dark chocolate curls.
