Mmmm. Sugar, fat, carbs, all in one sweet package!
Toast four slices of thick white bread under the griller on one side only.
Butter the untoasted side gently with fresh soft real butter, and don't squish the bread flat.
Top with brown sugar (very important that its brown sugar), about 1/4" thick and sprinkle that with ground cinnamon.
Put back under the grill, and grill until the sugar goes bubbly.
Slice into fingers and eat while hot, but don't burn the roof of your mouth when biting into hot melty sugar.
