Sausage Bake: A quickie recipe

Contributed by Joe Sergio

I don't know if you would actually call this one a recipe, as there is no measuring involved, but it was something my Ma made that I love.

You can either eat it like it is, or drain the grease and serve over pasta (angel hair or vermicelli are my favorites) with a white sauce. I have no idea how to make that, but I have used Three Brothers white sauce and with fresh Parmesan added, it's pretty good.

Ingredients

Directions

In a baking pan put either Italian sausage, or Zieglers kielbasa type sausage cut into 1 inch slices.

Cut up in bite size pieces all bell peppers, and onions. Add them.

Cover and bake on 350 for about an hour. Uncover and bake until sausage is starting to brown (about 30 minutes or so more)
