A Delicate Rice Pudding

I adapted this from The Queens Cookbook copyright 1895

Note: a non-stick dish is most recomended. Buttering the dish is not at all helpful. The stirring does keep down the sticking, but there will be those spots that are quite determined to stick

Directions

Stir the ingredients together. Bake in a covered dish at 350 F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for 1/2 hour more, stirring after 10 and 20 minutes. The resultant pudding should be lightly browned on top. serve chilled.
