Potatoes with Tuna

Note: Salmon, shrimp, clams, oysters, or any other tinned fish may be used instead of tuna.

Ingredients

Directions

Slice potatoes. Mix onions with tuna. Layer potatoes, then onions, then soup in a buttered casserole dish. Try and get at least 2 layers. If soup is 'very' thick, a very small amount of milk or water may be poured over the top, or mixed with the soup before layering. Sprinkle paprika over the top and bake at 400 F for 1/2 hour.
