Over ice in an Old Fashioned glass, pour 1 oz. Irish Cream, 1 oz. creme de cacao, 1 oz. Dr. McGullicuddy's Old Fashioned Vanilla Schnapps, 1 oz. peppermint schnapps. Over the back of a spoon, float a small amount of 151 rum. Light the rum. Extinguish and drink.
