Guacamole

"My favorite when I was a kid. Better than it sounds."
Ingredients:
- 2 Avocados, pitted & peeled
- 1/2 Small Onion, chopped
- 1 Serrano or Jalepeno Pepper, chopped fine
- 1/4 cup of snipped Cilantro
- 1 tbsp of Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp of Salt
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 minced clove of Garlic
- Dash of Chili powder
- 1 medium Tomato, peeled, seeded, & chopped
Directions
Combine all the ingredients except the tomato in a bowl or a mortar.
Using a wooden pestle or wooden spoon mix the ingredients together smoothing the avocado in to a creamy/chunky consistency.
