Baked Chicken in Garlic Mayonnaise

Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees.

Split the chicken breasts in half (if not already split) and coat the pieces in garlic mayonnaise.

Place each breast on a piece of foil, wrap tightly. Place chicken breasts on a baking tray or dish. Bake for 2 hours. This makes the tenderest, moistest, most delicious garlicky chicken I've ever enjoyed. We eat some hot as an entree, some cold with our fingers and some as chicken salad.

You can also use this to make Sunset Chicken and Noodles
