Chicken Spaghetti

This is a regular mid week dish at our house due to the ease of preparation. Preparation and cooking time are approximately 40 minutes.

Take five chicken schnitzels or crumbed chicken breasts.

Fry lightly, an electric frypan is good for this, until golden brown and remove from heat.

Cut schnitzels or breasts into approx 2" squares and place in a casserole dish. Add 1 large can of tomato soup to the casserole dish, put in Garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Cover and place in a 180 degree Celsius oven for 20 minutes.

Cook pasta to taste while the chicken is in the oven.

Drain pasta and remove casserole dish from oven.

Add pasta to the chicken mix and blend in.

Serve with a green salad and crusty bread.

Serves 4.
