Chicken Breasts with Orange Glaze

"I cook for three. Just add or subtract honey and orange juice to make the amount of sauce you want. If you want, you can double the sauce ingredients and serve it over rice."

Heat butter and oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook about 4 minutes until browned. Turn and cook until browned and cooked through. (Meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F.) Remove from pan, place on a plate, and cover with foil to keep warm.

Add minced garlic to pan and saute until lightly golden. Add remaining ingredients and stir to deglaze pan. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Return chicken to pan and turn to cover with the glaze.
